Osteopathy

I am a fully qualified and registered osteopath and naturopath with more than 16 years experience of treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Since people come in all shapes and sizes I tailor my treatments to suit your individual needs.

I treat all ages from babies and children to the more mature with a mix of hands on techniques, massage, posture and exercise advice to keep your body in tip top condition. I have a keen interest in treating mothers during and post pregnancy and enjoy treating the little ones with cranial osteopathy techniques.

Since osteopathy aims to keep your physical health at its optimum in order to function properly and naturopathy looks at creating healthy eating habits to keep the body properly fuelled, the two specialties mix together well.

I am available all day Mondays, Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoons and am always happy to chat prior to making an appointment to see how I can help.
